Tourism and Law (LL.M.)

The tourism industry is an important component of the Austrian economy. It is subject to complex national as well as international legal regulations. Therefore, it is crucial that persons in charge of management and law enforcement in this area acquire knowledge of the legal and economic contents relevant to the tourism industry.

Accordingly, the contents taught in the continuing education master's program range from hotel and inkeeper law to travel law, air traffic right, tax law and fee law. In addition, the program provides an overview of the economic framework as well as of tourism marketing.
